Cibby is our sweet little caravan, and she’s available for hire! 

Recently rebuilt and refitted by Eloise's father, Cibby is a sparkling addition to any occasion that needs a little dessert (so every event…)

Select one or a few items from the Montfoort menu and have them made to order for your guests, straight from the caravan. Coming from a market background, we're used to serving up with speed, and to a consistently high standard. 

It could be an afternoon sweet treat or a fun dessert option for your guests.  Our menu has all the Dutch sweets covered. We can offer you freshly made poffertjes with our famous salted caramel sauce or a dollop of seasonal jam, olliebollen sprinkled with icing sugar and dunked in custard cream, or a warm spiced stroopwafel, filled with sticky caramel.



Base fee: $200.00 This covers staff and caravan hire.

POFFERTJES Price per person: $8.00 This includes one serving of our Montfoort Poffertjes and our delicious homemade toppings.

OLIEBOLLEN Price per person: $8.00 This includes one serving of our Montfoort Oliebollen and a dipping sauce (+ generator hire if applicable)

Travel: $1.00 per kilometre outside of Wellington CBD.

Minimum spend of $800.00 is required.  



What’s included?

  • Friendly staff to serve, clear plates and leave nothing but happy guests behind!

  • Plates / bags, cutlery and napkins (we use completely biodegradable, eco friendly packaging)

  • Light box sign (we can have a personalised sign made, so you can have your names up in lights! Let us know if this has always been a dream of yours…)

Do you travel?

We’re always up for a road trip around the Wellington region, Hutt Valley, Kapiti Coast and Wairarapa. Please note that there will be additional costs for travel outside of Wellington. 

How much space do you need?

We will need a 5m x 3m level space for Cibby to sit.

What about power?

We may need power depending on the menu you choose. Generator hire is available for remote locations where power is a little tricky.

Once we've sussed out the finer details, we'll require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking.
